Production Operative

Kinetic Industrial are looking to recruit Production Operatives to work for our client based in Middleton. They are a global organisation specialising in moulded foam components.
Candidates will be required to work in a number of work stations and therefore must be able to multi task. Experience of a high volume manufacturing environment is essential.

This position is to start ASAP and candidates must be available to start at short notice. We need to conduct inductions in order for you start.

The main responsibilities as the Production Operative will be:

*Working on a production line responsible for following standard operations
*You will be on your feet for throughout the shift
*Responsible for own quality to ensure that the standard of the parts is up to the customer specification.
*Carry out all production team tasks effectively and efficiently.
*Play an active role in a culture of continuous improvement.
*Work effectively as part of a team to achieve the team goals.
*Report all hazards or potential hazards in the accident / incident books.
*Any other duties as considered appropriate to this position.

To be successful as the Production Operative, you should have:

*Experience of working on a production line
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment
*Able to work in a team environment
*You will be working in an area that will effect asthma sufferers
*Can start early in the morning and also finish late at night (Shift)
*Attention to detail

In return you will receive

*£26,000 per year (increasing after continuous 26weeks and then again after 52weeks)
*The hours of work are rotating shifts 06:00am – 14:00pm and 14:00pm – 22:00pm
