We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Personal Trainer to join the fastest growing and most strategically focused segment of our clients business – Home Consumer. The role boasts great variety with a key focus on new customer attraction and training, providing advice and suggestions to use their products at their best. You will be in contact with customers via phone, e-mail, and web chat. This role would suit an expert in physical exercise, with athletic and sport preparation and experienced in home fitness product and solutions. Supporting the Inside Sales team, you will have a crucial role in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Role Responsibilities

* Contribute to Sales Performance by achieving sales objectives

* Pre-sales support: manage customers enquires about training and products, supporting the sales process, through all channels (phone, chat, e-mail). You will support customers to help them choose the best products for their needs, answer questions about exercises and training programs

* Post Sales caring call: contact customers in a post purchase process to support them with product and solutions, giving them all helpful advice and suggestions to use our products at their best and ensure outstanding customer experience

* Promote and deliver personalised value added premium services (remote coach)

* Guarantee Inside Sales team continuous training on products and training programs

* Develop new customers and maintain relationships with the existing ones in order to generate new business opportunities

* Provide 100% support of CRM tool ()

* Maintain constant and up to date product knowledge

* Guarantee continuous and proactive feedback from the market

Job Requirements/ Technical and Soft Skills

* 2+ years’ experience as Personal Trainer in a structured organisation environment

* Level 3 Personal Training and/or BA/BS degree in Sports Science, Biomechanics, Exercise Physiology

* Open and confident with all training principles

* An excellent communicator with ability to communicate remotely

* Knowledge of fitness industry

* Ability to create and cultivate a network

Package:

26-30k basic + 10k OTE
