Procurement Coordinator / Yeovil / £18 per hour Our client are seeking a highly organised and motivated Procurement Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing the procurement processes and ensuring the timely delivery of materials, parts, and services to support production needs and customer requirements. Responsibilities: Raising, amending, and maintaining purchase orders to support offload and main stream procurement functions.Coordinating product and service delivery to meet customer expectations and departmental standards.Regularly reviewing the order book and ensuring forecasting accuracy.Managing blocked invoices and ensuring timely clearance.Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and sharing knowledge with colleagues.Organising and managing supplier KPI reviews and technical resolution meetings.Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure priorities are met. Ideal person: Strong organisational and communication skills.The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.A proactive and results-oriented mindset.Experience with procurement processes and systems (experience with SAP is a plus).
