Salary: £180 – £192 per day
A new opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Fitter to join my client who specialise in pumping solutions and industrial services for the marine industry. Due to my client securing large long term contracts they are now looking for 5 mechanical fitters ASAP for an immediate start. The ideal candidate would have experience with pressure testing and chemical flushing of pipes and pumps in the marine industry.
Role:
As a Mechanical Fitter you would be responsible for assisting the commissioning process by chemical flushing and pressure testing large bore pipes and pumps on marine vessels. The role may also include bolting and other ad hoc duties. This position is a 3 year rolling contract – 10 days on and 4 days off, accommodation is paid for. My client are looking for candidates that are committed to the role and are happy with this shift patterns.
Requirements:
Experience in servicing and maintaining marine vessels is a must
Chemical flushing experience
Pressure testing experience
Package:
Salary £180 – £192per day
3 Year rolling contract
