Process Engineer Process Lab Analyst
Superb opportunity to join a Global FMCG Manufacturer in this new role.
The role which will require Valuation, Testing and Assessment of Materials and Processes throughout the Manufacturing cycle.
Assessment of: PH, Conductivity, Chlorine, and other parameters in the machines water and pulp loops.Evaluating the effectiveness of chemicals. Evaluation of potential savings in chemical usage.
Assessment and control of effluent parameters
Quality Control:
Raw Material Control (Ash, moisture, optical brighteners, etc)
Process optimization in terms of Energy saving, water saving, etc
Manage of internal management system. Various Projects as required.
The Process Engineer Process Lab Analyst will support the Plant Manager in order to: ensure the achievement of efficiency and quality aims related to industrial activities in accordance with the Group’s policies
Ensure the achievement of productive, quality and cost-effective aims established in full compliance with oprovisions and policies in matters of safety and environment. ISO 9001 Quality System
Check and manage production and maintenance costs.Guarantee the correct management and maintenance of plants.Guarantee optimisation of energy consumption and exploitation of raw materials
The Process Engineer Process Lab Analyst will check and validate production reports.·Check the stock
The Process Engineer Process Lab Analyst will be Degree qualified Chemical Engineering or Industrial Chemistry or Chemistry related.May suit a recent Graduate with Chemistry or Chemical Engineering background.
Salary £26,400 – £30,000
Travel to work from Bridgend,Swansea,Neath,Merthyr
