JS Legal Recruitment Ltd are excited to be working with a leading regional Legal 500 law firm based in Essex. Our client is looking to recruit a talented ambitious Private Client Lawyer to join there highly successful Private Client team on a full -time permanent basis. The firm’s private client department is one of its most established practice areas, The team has an excellent reputation in the Essex market, and work for clients both nationally and internationally.

The role will involve dealing with a full caseload of Private Client matters, you will be responsible for running and managing your own cases.

The role

• You will manage your own varied caseload of Private Client Matters.
• To include Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, court of protection, Probate and the Administration of Estates and Trusts.
• Administration of both taxable and non -taxable Estates
• Tax Planning, IHT matters,
• Estate Planning, Trusts
• Elderly client matters
• Experience of dealing with high net-worth clients and /or Estates a bonus
• You will also have the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships

The Candidate

• An ambitious Private Client Lawyer Newly Qualified to 6 years PQE
• Ability to develop relationships with clients
• Ability to network and business development to maintain and develop work from both existing and potential clients
