Principal Structural Engineer / Associate Designate

Due to continued growth of the business, my client, a multi regional, multi disciplinary consultancy, is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join their busy office in St Albans.
You will ideally have 10 – 20 years post graduate experience, and have attained Chartered Level.
You will be reporting directly to the two partners in the office, while overseeing your own team of Junior Engineers, and CAD staff.
Their is a clear career path here for the successful candidate, starting at Principal Level, with the step to Associate being initial goal.
Workload is varied, and you will have experience working with all types of materials, on projects to include schools, residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
This may well suit a Senior Engineer who is local to St Albans, or wishes a shorter commute than travelling all the way to London.
Depending on your level of experience, and possible client list, salary expections should range from c£50,400 – £62,400
