An opportunity has arisen in Middleton at a ‘Good’ primary school for a key stage 2 teaching assistant for September for the 16/17 academic year.

This key stage 2 teaching assistant position requires experience working in multiple year groups in key stage 2 who can provide group work, particularly in numeracy. The current key stage 2 teaching assistant has had great success with children aiming for level 5 in the key stage 2 SATs.
This Ofsted ‘Good’ school is a 2 form entry school set in Middleton. The school is extremely family orientated and parents are very active in school events and their own children’s learning experience. The staff engage frequently with parents to keep them up to date on their children’s progress.
To join the QT team and be successful in this key stage 2 teaching assistant position you will need to:
*Show creativity and enthusiasm when preparing group work for a variety of children.
*Build and develop relationships with school staff, parents and students.
*Hold a level 3 teaching assistant status or be an enthusiastic recent graduate.
*Show a genuine interest in the education industry.
