Vision for Education Primary are looking for supply Primary Teachers that want to work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. This is a great opportunity for either an experienced or newly qualified Primary Teacher to work in local primary schools in your area.
The role
The role is ideal for Teachers that are looking to:
• Gain further experience before finding their forever school
• Who wants flexibility in their working week
• Who is looking to make a difference to many classrooms across the Fylde Coast Area.
• Who is looking to complete their ECT/NQT pathway but who also wants to find the right school for them
Working in Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2) the successful Primary Teacher will be required to teach in a class with a wide range of abilities. Developing foundation skills such as, communication, understanding and empathy whilst providing an environment that fosters a Growth Mindset.
The children will benefit from an inclusive environment where they are encouraged to achieve their potential.
The school
We have fantastic relationships with our schools, we understand their ethos and what they are trying to achieve. Your role is to deliver the curriculum that enables children to develop their own strengths and abilities.
Our schools develop positive relationships with our supply staff and often roles turn into longer and fixed term contracts.
Requirements
To be considered for the Primary Teacher, you will:
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status PGCE (QTS), ECT, RQTS will be considered.
• Will have recent experience working in Key Stage 2 or primary education.
• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of teachers.
• Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
• You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resilience and ability to commit to tasks.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
