The Williamson Trust are seeking outstanding teachers to join their vibrant teams across the primary academies in the Trust. There are a total of six schools in the Trust – two secondary and four primaries – providing exceptional support and unrivalled opportunities for professional development. These include Elaine Primary Academy; High Halstow Primary School; Allhallows Primary Academy; Stoke Community School.

I have worked for the Williamson Trust for two years, supporting both the primary and secondary phases with their permanent recruitment. Teachers who secure posts within the trust find themselves drawn in to the ethos, Aspire, Achieve, Excel, as this applies to both students and staff alike.

The heads of school, including the new primary executive head, are passionate about providing an outstanding education for all learners that allows students to flourish and achieve their personal best, ensuring they are ready for the next phase in their education and ultimately adult life. You’ll be a qualified primary trained teacher, with the ability to teach engaging well-thought-out lessons that maintain the interest of the students.

You’ll also have:

QTS with relevant experience in a secondary school setting
Good subject knowledge
Excellent classroom practice
Strong behaviour managementThe Williamson Trust Primary Schools are based across Medway, the area is supported by good transport links including HS1 to London and the A2/M2 corridor allowing easy access to the Kent countryside and coast as well as Bluewater and in to central London.
