Press Brake Operator

Salary: £26,000 – £30,420 per year

To set and operate a Brake Press (Amada) to produce parts to technical drawings and instructions

Verify accuracy of machine settings to confirm accurate tolerances and machine functions

Maintain high standards of housekeeping within all working areas and the cleanliness of the machine

Completes all required safety procedures prior to and during operations

Skilled in organizing work area before and after parts are processed

Work to agreed production targets and complete required documentation such as Work Time Sheets

Ensure compliance to company rules including requirements for safety, time keeping and attendance

Working Days

Monday – Friday (subject to change depending on business requirements)

Other Shift working may be required. For example, Night-shift Mon – Thur (4 nights)

Working Hours

7:45 – 17:00 Mon – Thurs, 7:45 – 13:00 Fri

(39 hours of work per week. You may be expected to work any additional hours depending on business requirements)
