Preschool Room Leader – West Drayton

We are recruiting for a Preschool Room Leader to join this lovely nursery setting in West Drayton

The successful Preschool Room Leader needs to have a full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification, or equivalent, have experience in a leadership role and experience working with children between the ages of 3 and 5 years old

The Preschool Room Leader will be responsible for all the children’s developmental targets, ensuring they are ‘school ready’ and you must be able lead a small team. The Preschool Room Leader needs to be reliable, passionate and enthusiastic

Competitive annual salary up to £26,400per annum. All salaries are dependent on qualifications and experience.

We are also recruiting for full time Level 3 Nursery Practitioners and an After School Club Practitioner, for this nursery setting. For more information on these roles please get in touch!

About you –

* You must have a full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification, in accordance with the current OFSTED guidelines

* Clear & enhanced DBS certificate

* Leadership experience

* Ability to work as part of a team and confident in leading

* Caring, passionate and friendly

* Excellent knowledge of the EYFS, Safeguarding and all nursery policies and procedures

* Excellent planning and organisational skills
