Pre Contract Support Assistant

Our client is looking for an experienced Pre Con Support Assistant to join their vibrant offices based in Bletchley.

Previous experience within Pre Contracting, Take Offs from drawings, Site Visits and Site Surveys is essential for this role. Unfortunately applications which do not have the required experience, industry knowledge or required skills cannot be progressed for this opportunity.

Job Title: Pre Contract Support Assistant

Location: Bletchley, Bedforshire

Salary: Up to £31,200depending on experience

Reports To: Sales Director

Duties:

– Assisting the Pre-Con Managers in the preparation of designs and cost plans
– Doing take-offs from drawings
– Site visits and surveys
– Manage client relationships for those jobs being designed/costed

Skills:

– Understanding of electrical works
– Understanding of electrical design / regulations
– Good client relationship skills, spoken and written
– Good organisation ability
– Skills working with Excel and computers

Qualifications:

– Electrical qualifications useful
– CAD skills would be useful but not essential
