Portable Appliance Tester

Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 per year

My client is a very well respected electrical compliance and testing company that has been established for well over 40 years, they cover all over the UK and can claim a lot of very known companies and organisations as customers. They pride themselves on their engineers skills as well as always being one step ahead of the ever changing electrical regulations. They are NICEIC, CHAS, Safe Contractor and BAFE compliant and take their service very seriously to make sure their clients always come back in the future.

They are recruiting for Portable Appliance Testers (PAT), you will be:-

• Testing portable appliances on large and small sites
• Also emergency lighting tests where required
• Covering various areas in and around the Liverpool area

Skills / experience needed:-

• Living anywhere in or around the Liverpool area
• C&G 2377 PAT course needed
• Experience doing 220v and 275v tests
• Full UK driving licence
• Great customer services skills for when you are on site
• Be able to pass a DBS check

Benefits

• £48,000 – £54,000basic salary
• Bonus scheme for the amount of items tested – 30p for each 220v test, 40p for each 275v test
