Polish/English Speaking On Site Coordinator

Pure Staff are currently interviewing candidates a brand new permanent work opportunity as an onsite recruitment consultants. You will be working full time on a key business account based in South Birmingham area. You must be fully fluent in both English and Polish languages including excellent speaking, reading, and writing skills to apply for this role.

The Role

Advertising for vacancies across a variety of resources (Production Operatives/Machine Operators/Welders/FLT Drivers).
Filtering incoming advert response telephone calls and pre-screening applicants before interview.
Interviewing applicants face to face as well as conducting a series of suitability tests.
Placing suitable candidates into the business and managing their work pattern, attendance, and timekeeping.
Inducting new employees (individual and group site walk rounds).
Coordination of 150+ employees per day.
Customer liaison (daily communication with team leaders).
General shop floor observation and support management.
Monitoring absenteeism and general attendance daily.
Relaying information to managers and supervisors and addressing issues with workers to maintain high site standards.
Workforce Holiday management.
Uniform and PPE distribution / management.
Administration of daily/weekly payroll reports.
Return to Work interviews.
24 hour on call including weekends (rotated between yourself and another colleague).

Candidate Spec

We are ultimately looking for an individual who is confident in their own abilities, who can manage own personal time well, trustworthy, well organised, professional, somebody who can be a strong site presence and representative for Pure Staff in front of a key customer, must have excellent work ethic, excellent timekeeper, have full flexibility towards working hours, must have excellent ability to manage difficult situations, somebody who is dynamic in their work approach, somebody who prides themselves to deliver results.

The ideal candidate would have previous experience in a similar role however this is by no means essential as full training would be given to you by a senior manager of Pure Staff. You must have your own transport to apply for this position.

Working Hours

The position is offering a permanent contract on 42.5 hours per week Monday-Friday on a week about rotating basis that you must be able to commit to on a long term basis.

Hours of work are, Week 1: 8am to 5.30pm, Week 2: 2pm til 11.30pm (rotating every week).

Working times are subject to change on occasions so you will need to remain flexible and be available to work a night shift as and when required although this is rare.

You will work as part of a team of two consultants both operating on opposite shifts yet giving each other a daily handover between 2pm and 3.30pm. You will be reporting directly to an onsite Account Manager working in a team of three.
