Point of Sale Material Assistant

Point of Sale material (POSM) assistant required to join our clients head office based in Weybridge. Our client owns and represents a variety of market leading brands and products across a numerous product ranges including Health, Beauty, Home care. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Point of Sale material (POSM) assistant to join the organisation on a temporary basis.

Location: Weybridge

Duration of assignment: 3 months (may extend dependant upon business needs)
Hours: 37.5/week
Pay Rate: £14.53per hour

The point of sale manager is responsible for developing and producing the temporary Point of Sale material for a specific hair care brand.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

Lead the creation of Point of Sale material artwork
Get briefs from assistant brand managers for each cycle (monthly)
Recommend best POSM for each initiative
Ensure briefs are completed on time
Own briefing template for assistant brand managers
Deploy brief to design managers
Follow up with assistant brand managers until final approval of Artwork.

Lead the production of Point of Sale Material
Brief supplier on needs for each cycle
Assess costs estimate / re-challenge to get lowest costs
Approve final costs
Raise Purchase Order with the team Assistant
Ensure POSM is delivered on time in the warehouse

Input on temporary POSM strategy
Ensure we stay on strategy i.e. stick to the budget when developing POSM
Monitor budget
Gather regularly feedback from the customers / account managers
Identify cost savings opportunity and new POSM ideas
