PMO Supplier Manager – Mobile Telecoms

A PMO Supplier Manager is required by a pioneering Mobile Telecommunications organisation on a contract basis.

The PMO Supplier Manager will provide governance structure that regularly reviews and focuses upon Supplier delivery performance to ensure they are operating in adherence with agreed SLAs on a specific programme.

The PMO Supplier Manager will build and maintain critical working relationships with internal teams to understand current supplier performance levels, performance trends and current and impending issues that require addressing. They will also build and maintain critical working relationships with the supplier base that is underpinned by a structured governance process that is in alignment with the organisations overall Suppler and Governance processes.

The PMO Supplier Manager will manage key stakeholders internally and those connected to the specific programme. Ensuring that deliverables are met and actively review governance structure and agreeing performance improvement measures.

The role will also cover other key areas such as Governance & Control, Risk, Issue & Dependency Management, planning & Compliance and Security.

Candidates will have previously worked within a Mobile Telecoms network roll out environment. You will have experience in managing supplier delivery performance and creating practical underpinning governance mechanisms and drive improvements.

You will have a sound understanding of supplier contract management and commercial acumen and have a good grounding on Risk & Issue management and hands on experience using appropriate tools and techniques.

You will have strong relationship building abilities, be comfortable managing stakeholders and matrix teams. Have clear and concise communication skills and also have MS Office skills
