PMLD Teaching Assistant – Greenwich, South East London
Remedy Education are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work with a student with Profound Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) needs.
The position would be based in a small independent SEN school with lovely working ethos, lovely staff and lovely SEN students. The school is based close to local train stations and amenities and a big part of the local community. The school has excellent facilities specifically for SEN students to provide sensory/therapeutic support and also offers excellent staff training.
If successful for this role you would be placed working 1:1 with a PMLD student – however would also be available to providing SEN support to other students and general classroom duties within the SEN school.
Experience working within in a SEN school would be preferable but not essential – however working with SEN students in generally would be essential for this position.
You will need a clean Enhanced DBS within the last year (or on the update service) to be eligible for this role
