Plumber

Salary: £21 – £22.2 per hour

The Client
Our client is looking to recruit a plumber to join its team as they have several large projects in the pipeline within their field of commercial and domestic plumbing and heating. They have ongoing works with construction companies and property agents throughout the North-West region and work with them on varied projects nationwide. They are a friendly, family run company with an excellent industry reputation.
The Role and its Responsibilities
You will be working on small commercial works on schools, factories and domestic properties within the Greater Manchester area and must be experienced in the following areas;
* Installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
* Collaboration with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.
* Ability to follow building plans and blueprints.
* Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
* Following of H&S practices
The Individual
You must be a self-motivated individual, if you have any gas safe experience that would be welcome. Our client is looking for an experienced candidate who will stay with the company long term, and work well with their growing team of heating engineers and plumbers.
Skills and Qualifications
* NVQ level 3
* Gas safe registered (ideally)
* Experience and qualification in installing unvented cylinders would be an advantage but not essential
* Own transport
* 10 years’ experience
