My client is looking experienced Plumber/Multi-Trader with experience of social housing repairs and maintenance to join their multi-trades maintenance team on a permanent basis covering one of their key contracts in North London.

This is a mobile position so you must hold a full UK driving licence.

The main responsibilities include:

*Being responsible for carrying out reactive repairs maintenance on social housing
*Plumbing
*Some carpentry, painting and decorating, tiling etc when required
*Ensure Health & Safety regulations are adhered to at all times

Our requirements include:

*Previous experience as a Plumber
*Proven repair and maintenance skills and/or previous experience of reactive repairs or planned maintenance within the social hosing sector
*Must be certified in vented and unvented heating systems
*Strong customer service skills
*Full UK driving licence
*Part P Certification
*Vented and Unvented Hot Water Systems (desirable)
