We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team, which develops a control system for the Smart Transformer.

Job Description:
We seek a colleague to join our team as a skilled Controls engineer responsible for commissioning and installing the system instrumentation and providing product support, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will also have a basic understanding of power inverters, control systems, and communications.

Key Responsibilities
Perform electromechanical installations, maintenance, and test.
Activate and troubleshoot electrical devices.
Provide remote support to remote team members.
Support the product through its lifecycle.
Understand and work with automatic control systems.
Engage in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Engage in regular and periodic reviews with the supervisor and be responsive to feedback.
Consistently communicate progress, obstacles, and growth opportunities to team management.
Complete continuing education and renew licensing/certification.
Actively participate in software and hardware development as needed.
Document activities in a shared collaborative environment.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualification
Minimum: Secondary school education in a relevant field.
Preferred: University degree in a relevant field.
Qualification and training in electrical safety as the candidate will work on electrical equipment.
Skills
Troubleshooting errors in advanced electrical installations.
Experience with electronics such as power inverters, control systems, and communications.
Understand electrical drawings and documentation.
Basic knowledge of programming, especially PLC is a plus.
Good communication skills.
Fluent in English.
An active approach and willingness to learn new things.
Strong organizational skills.
Demonstrated skill acting as a team player across multiple teams within the entire enterprise.
Understands and displays a passion for customer intimate methodology.
Ability to solve complex problems (independently and as part of a team).
Uses technology, resources, and time efficiently. Learns quickly and applies current information to appropriate tasks.
