Plant Manager (Healthcare) North Wales £-Attractive
We are world leader within Environmental Services who has the requirement for an experienced Plant Manager for their site in North Wales.
The role will include management of the processing operation of a busy facility with two plant (an incinerator and treatment).
Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to: management of these plant whilst maintaining the highest level of compliance in-line with the company health & safety, environmental, procedural and statutory goals. You will be required to respond to plant break-downs and liaise with external contractors/suppliers of specialist maintenance support or equipment.
You will assist the Site Manager to ensure safe, environmentally compliant and efficient operation. Responsible for managing a team of shift personnel in control of the process to achieve the business objectives set by the Site Manager.
In order to be considered for this position you must have experience in a similar role previously and have a recognised Mechanical or Electrical qualification along with excellent communication skills, Computer literate and experience of continuous processing equipment.
