Plant Manager – Production / Recycling

Plant Manager

Location: Kent
Salary: £42,000 – £48,000basic plus pension, healthcare, company car, fuel card, private mileage and 25 days holiday
Production/ Recycling – this role requires someone with working experience within process manufacturing / engineering.

Role:
– Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the plant.
– Lead, manage and motivate site operatives
– Deal with all staff recruitment and disciplinary issues.
– P&L- Monitor and control of budgets
– Ensure the plant is fully compliant with regulatory standards for safety, health and environment.
– Set and Manage performance targets.
– To be responsible for the H&S of the all employees, customers and visitors.

Experience / knowledge
– An experienced hands on Plant Manager from a production environment.
– Commercially aware and have the ability to implement and manage KPIs and manage budgets.

Essential:
– COTC 4 / WAMITAB
– Degree or HNC or time served in Mechanical / Electrical or Process Engineering;

Advantageous:
– NEBOSH
– IOSH
