We are working with one Scotland’s newest and most vibrant garden centres. Having seen fantastic loyalty from their customers since opening this centre has become a go-to destination, offering a wide range of products and services to its customers. They are now seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Plant Area Manager to complete the team!
Role Description:
As the Plant Area Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our garden centre, overseeing all aspects of the department. Your responsibilities will include the management of the whole department, including, visual merchandising, standards, health and safety, managing a small team, as well as ensuring that each and every customer receives a warm welcome, where you will be able to guide and advise on their needs and wants, showcasing your expertise and knowledge.
As Plant Area Manager you will have:
- Proven experience in plant care, garden retail, or a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet sales targets
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
