Help us prepare for the Heat Pump future. Plug Me In – Heat are continuing to grow our team of Plumbing and Heating Engineers.

About the Plumbing and Heating Engineer…

As a Plumbing and Heating Engineer, you’ll enjoy visiting customers’ properties assisting the lead engineer in the installation of heat pumps and central heating systems, decommissioning heating systems, removing old pipe work and radiators and working closely with other engineers to provide support and training. You will of course deliver an exceptional customer experience by ensuring that the work is completed safely and tidily.

Plug Me In – Heat is part of the Calisen Group who is a leading owner and manager of essential energy infrastructure assets. As well as a provider of meter installation, meter reading, electric vehicle charging and maintenance services, whose purpose is to accelerate the development of a cleaner, more efficient, and sustainable energy segment. PlugMeIn – Heat will reinforce Calisen’s role in helping to roll-out energy transition assets in support of reaching net zero.

What we look for in Plumbing and Heating Engineers…

  • The successful candidate will have level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience ideally within the industry
  • Knowledge of how to pipe central heating systems, including S&Y plans
  • Applicants should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a supportive approach to colleagues
  • The ability to work in accordance with procedures, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Additionally, candidates must possess a full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points.
