Pickers / Packers

Brook Street are currently recruiting for a large, recognized manufacturer, based in Rainham. We are looking to recruit pickers & packes to join our temporary workforce now that the client has experienced growth.

You will be a temporary employee of Brook Street, who have been trading for 70 years, bringing candidates and clients a quality service. Brook Street have been recruiting for industrial busenesses for years and at times up to 52% of our business is industrial, which puts us in the best position to find your ideal role. You will be working in the manufacturing/production area, in one oftwo departments dealing with the picking a nd packing oc consumables. due to this you must be up to food hygiene standards at all times. You will be working on a rotating shift pattern; Monday to Thursday – 6am – 2pm/2pm – 10pm/10pm – 6 am, Friday 6am – 1pm/1pm-8pm/8pm – 12.30 am weekends off. You will be reliable and conscientious, eager to work and dependable. You will be consistent and able. Must be a driver due to location. You will be expected to follow uniform regulations: no jewellery, no makeup, hair back and hair net on due to the environment. You will be paid £26,000 per year with free parking and the client offers a subsidised lunch. Once you have applied you will go through a registration process at Brook Street, where you will be screened for suitability and elegibiility. You must provide documents to prove your eligibility to work in the UK. Once this is complete, you will need to go through an induction before you can start work.
