Physiotherapist Urgently Required ASAP

Connaught Resourcing urgently need an experienced and qualified Physiotherapist for a health centre based in Willenhall. The successful candidate will be required to do the following;

* Complete physio assessments and deliver treatment programmes in a range of community and
domestic settings. These will be focused on rehabilitation,
* Coordinate treatment and liaise with multi-disciplinary team.
Coordinate equipment allocation and ordering.
* Address flow of referrals for assessments and treatment from both community and hospital teams.
* Must have a relevant qualification and enough relevant experience to be able to hit the ground running.

* Must have experience of working within the community.

Please be ready to progress a DBS check if you don’t already have one for the candidates you submit.

This is a full time position so the candidate must be able to commit to the role.
