The PHP developer will be working with the existing development team on high profile projects within the digital industry which will make other developers envious.

Responsibilities

● Work to add new functionality and improve the efficiency of our existing API

● Architect and build new systems and services to power our apps

Requirements

● Professional software development experience, ideally with custom APIs

● Expert knowledge of PHP and MySQL

● Experience with a modern PHP framework (such as Symfony, Laravel or Zend)

● Comfortable with command line and good DevOps skills

● Comfortable working with older legacy code

● Ability to write and structure code suitable for testing

● Excellent communication skills and able to work well within a team

Desirable

● BS or MS in Computer Science or relevant experience commensurate to a bachelor’s

● Experience writing in other languages such Python and NodeJS

● Comfortable working with AWS
