Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year
Our client in central Glasgow is a very successful company in full expansion mode and they are now looking to add a PHP developer to their team.
The ideal candidate will have solid commercial OO PHP experience and will have good experience too with CSS, HTML and JavaScript. Experience of GIT or SVN is also required and any exposure to ecommerce systems would be a bonus.
You should ideally have some MVC frameworks experience such as Symfony, Zend, Codeigniter, etc but they will train in Symfony 2 if you haven’t used it before.
You will be working on the development of cutting edge projects for major global clients and will gain skills in the latest technologies, such as Ember.js and Angular.js
You must be capable of creating clean, reusable code and the ability to gather requirements from clients would be ideal. You will be working as part of a small but growing team so you must have good interpersonal skills as well as a passion for development.
