Photography Deisgner

Photography Designer/Stylist required for newly created post in Dorset. As a member of the photographic department, you will be passionate about styling and stunning photography. Working closely with photographers, studio managers, catalogue designers, set builders and the web team, you will translate briefs into inspirational and leading photographic images and manage a repertoire of projects developing from brief to completion for a variety of products.

You will be creating mood boards, trend sourcing and scamping for internal team members and external clients. Sourcing locations, researching and models, assisting the props buyer in props sourcing, and meeting relevant budgets set by the studio manager.

You should have extensive creative industry experience of food, product and interior styling and feel comfortable in a very fast-paced department. You will have a strong sense of team membership, and the ability to be able to motivate and support other team members, whilst being able to take ownership of, and organise, large shoots and projects.

You should have some knowledge of, and the ability to use, InDesign/Word/Excel and/or have a degree in a relevant subject. You should also be confident in the kitchen as some projects require cooking and baking.
