Field Service Engineer – Covering Basildon and the surrounding area
Basic circa £27,000 + company vehicle + benefits

My client is a large manufacturer of print and IT equipment and they are looking for a customer support engineer to service the kit at customers premises. The role is immediately available for an experienced MFP service engineer.

The Role:

* Field based covering Basildon and the surrounding area.
* Servicing, installing, repairing and preparing multifunctional equipment at customer sites
* Some installation troubleshooting of software solution
* Working closely with the area service manager and the contact centre to make sure calls are attended in a timely manner and to the KPIs agreed with the client

The Person:

* Experience in servicing print equipment is essential for the position
* Software and networking experience isn’t required but would be a real benefit
* Good communication and customer service skills are required
* Able to work autonomously after training and manage time effectively

* Basic salary circa £32,400
