Are you a flexible and proactive Personal Assistant with wanting to work with an amazing organisation?
We are proud to be partnering with a great national organisation that operates care homes across the UK providing exceptional personal and nursing care. They are looking for a Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the Chief Executive, Board and wider leadership team on a full-time basis (35 hours a week) initially for up to 3 months on a temporary basis with a possibility becoming permanent.
Offering hybrid working (up to 2 days a week in Central London office).

This role involves varied workload and offers scope for development.Working closely with senior management team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive, Board and wider leadership team. You will support the CEO, including email and diary management, organising meetings and making travel arrangements. You will support projects and initiatives, and handle a range of conflicting priorities. You will support Board and Governance meetings, including assisting with the preparation of agendas, producing meeting papers and taking minutes of meetings. You will also manage office supplies and technology equipment. You will provide ad hoc support other Directors and senior members of staff as required.
This role requires experience of providing governance or wider team support in a not-for-profit organisation, and use of a wide range of skills, including but not limited to attention to detail, exceptional verbal and written communication and time management skills. The successful candidate will be a committed individual who is highly organised, proactive and a proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite.
