We are currently recruiting for an experienced Peripatetic Nurse to work within their homes in Bangor and the surrounding areas. As a Registered Nurse you will undertake and manage direct patient care, having participated fully in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation for every resident. You will actively promote best practice, participate in clinical audit and contribute towards quality improvements within the home.

This role will offer day and night shifts working 8-8 and offers at least 36 hours per week work.

As a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) you will be:

* NMC registered with a valid pin

* Transferable DBS is preferred

* Able to build strong genuine with residents and their family

* A strong and confident communicator

* Capable of providing the highest standard of care and be able to evidence when they have done so previously

* Trustworthy and diligent

* Patient-centered
