Peripatetic care home manager position – URGENT
We are seeking an experienced Care Home Manager seeking a new challenge and next step or a current peripatetic care home manager that is looking for a new organisation to work with:

* Experience in implementing sustainable improvements within a care or nursing home setting as a Home Manager (3 years)
* Proven track record in turning around homes, improving services and leaving sustainable change
* Ability to build strong and effective teams
* Excellent communicator with internal and external stakeholders
* Passionate about the delivery of first-class care and nursing
* Budgetary management
* Level 5 qualification or equivalent with 3 years management experience
* Nurse PIN desirable but not essential
* Flexible to travel across the region
* Driving licence and own car
