Perfomance Analyst

Performance/Finance Analyst – London – £42,000 – £48,000 + Excellent Benefits Package
As the Perfomance/Finance you will support the MI Manager and the Global Team in the continuous improvement, development, delivery and strategy of Global MI.
The Performance/Finance analyst will take full ownership for the MI, KPIs and reporting that is produced.

Responsibilities

Propose ways in which MI communication and marketing can add creative and innovative impact
Design, drive and deliver MI reporting in an efficient manner including streamlining processes for effective report autonomy.
Create and deliver key innovations within MI reporting and presentation strategy within the account including online and digital formats.
Production and delivery of a Global KPI Scorecard and Service Credits
Monitor KPI trends and performance globally in Insight to ensure minimal operational failures
Operational analysis, providing trends and operational reasoning for data anomalies
Deliver highly complex detailed MI, Dashboards and analytics in response to Management requirements, including analysis for development of options in response to Executive requirements.Key Skills

Excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to form strong collaborative relationships, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures
Experience in calculating and benchmarking performance indicators and analysing trends
Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort with handling vast quantities of data, analysing root causes and summarising meaningful insights.
Data manipulation and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail and concern for order and quality
Good Experience with flowcharting software and front-end business intelligence reporting tools like Crystal Reports/Business Objects/COGNOS/Tableau etcThis role is a fantastic opportunity for a market leading organisation.
