Salary: £16.8 per hour
World class Defence Organisation based in Lostock, Bolton is currently looking to recruit a PEC Assembler on a contract basis.
Accountabilities:
• Machining
• Soldering
• Operating TMS printing machine
• Operating Pick and place machine
You must be eligible for SC (Secret Level) Security Clearance if you do not already hold this level of clearance.
The contract is initially for 6 months (ongoing after). The hourly rate on offer is £16.8per hour.
Desirable skills:
• Prior knowledge of aircraft looms or car industry
• PC literate
• Read drawings
• IPC accreditation
Essential skills:
• ‘Can do’ attitude
• Read and interpret layouts
• Follow instructions
• Willing to work flexible shift patterns
• No colour blindness
• Attention to detail
• Work on their own with minimal supervision
• Use own initiative
• Flexible
• PEC – dexterity for fine work
