Patient Care and New Business Coordinator

Salary £30,000 with generous bonus scheme (Negotiable Dependant on Experience)
A professional-minded Patient Care coordinator is needed for a well established and highly regarded Orthodontic practice in Wimbledon. Candidate must be driven and self motivated with the ambition and vision to expand new business opportunities as well as looking after the needs of the existing clients.

This is a great opportunity to join our practice, situated in the heart of Wimbledon, which has great growth potential and a reputation for providing a top quality service.

The successful candidate need not have had orthodontic experience but must be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service skills and awareness. A background in either private healthcare or a premium business to consumer environment would be useful but is not essential.
Requirements
• A strong degree of empathy with our client base is a must.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• A sales background would be an advantage with the ability to work to targets.
• Must be able to lead a small team to ensure the customer experience is second to none.
• Must have strong customer service skills with an excellent telephone manner as patient follow up calls will be an important aspect of the role.
• Data analysis and reporting skills would be advantageous.
• Must have a high level of written and spoken English.
• High levels of numeracy skills are essential with the ability to discuss financial contracts with patients.
• Must be computer literate with accurate data input skills as the Practice uses specialist software. A competency test will be carried out at the interview.
• Must be proactive, be able to work on your own initiative and be a team player.

This is a full time position; the candidate will understand that follow-up calls may need to be made to our extremely busy customers early evenings and possibly on Saturdays, a quick response to new patient enquiries is essential.
A competitive salary including bonus scheme is available for the right candidate.
