Salary: £26,400 – £28,800 per year

Wilson Recruitment are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor / Call Centre Advisor to work on a Full Time & Permanent basis in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire:

Role: working in a busy parts department you will be responsible for identifying parts and supplying them to workshop or retail customers, receiving stock and locate or store in warehouse accurately, returning goods to manufacturers, resolving customer issues via telephone / email / face to face, using company systems to maintain stock accuracy, completing stock checks, general administrative duties.
Rota: full time, mix of early shifts and late shifts with 1:3 or 1:4 Saturdays working 08:00-12:00.

Salary: c.£26,400 – £28,800 to £24k depending on experience + c.£4k bonus + excellent benefits.

Applicants:
• Must have prior experience within a similar role within the automotive sector and/or working in a busy call centre
• Must possess excellent customer service skills
• Must have spare parts experience in a similar setting i.e. motor vehicle garage or dealership
• May have worked in a Parts department for companies such as BMW, Audi, Mercedes, VW etc.
• Should be communicative and positive with a can do attitude
• Will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Shall be able to use all Microsoft applications and have a good grasp of basic IT skills
• May hold a valid UK driving licence (desirable)
• Might have working knowledge of CDK-Kerridge (desirable)
• Will be flexible and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customers are looked after
• Perhaps you’ve worked in a garage and know about car, van and truck spare parts?
