Partnership Executive

Salary: £600 – £660 per day

An exciting opportunity has become available to join a rapidly growing Healthcare organisation, offering brand new hospital services! As part of their growth, our client is seeking three highly motivated and passionate Partnership Executives to join their team. These positions will play a crucial role in fulfilling their mission to raise the standard of Secondary Care, and make it accessible to all by growing their network of high-quality Consultants.

These are remote based positions with approximately 1 to 2 days in the field per week.

Ideal Requirement

• Ideally you will have at least 2 years’ experience in Medical Device sales, however other medical sales backgrounds will be considered.
• Experience in a similar partnership management / account management / B2B sales roles.
• Ideally have a network of Consultant contacts in the area.
• Used to working remotely / field based
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Role Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain the portfolio of consultant partnerships to drive the growth of the company.
• Confidently present the company to Consultants in person and excite them about the company’s vision and proposition.
• Manage the cross-departmental, end-to-end onboarding process of Consultants from initial pitch to final implementation and treatment of their patients
• Work closely with Consultants to understand their needs, determine how to best support and complement their existing practice, and what they can do to help their practice grow.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with consultants to drive their engagement with the business.
