Part Time Telephone Collections Officer – The Company:
Working in a busy office environment, your role will be to chase customers who are in arrears and arrange to bring their accounts up to date. The role is part time, evenings working Monday – Thursday 16:00 – 20:00, 16 hours per week.

Part Time Telephone Collections Officer – The Role:
– Chasing borrowers for repayments
– Monitoring payments
– Dealing with Direct Debit returns
– Dealing with daily incoming post
– Creating payment plans
– Monthly reviews to ensure payment and contact if that is not achieved
– Instructing solicitors to initiate court action and repossession action where required
– Dealing with queries from clients and third parties

Part Time Telephone Collections Officer – The Candidate:
– This role does NOT involve face to face contact with members of the public
– Candidates must have office experience including telephone based work
– Candidates must have an excellent telephone manner

Part Time Telephone Collections Officer – The Benefits:
