Part Time Receptionist / Dispenser

Salary: £26,000 per year

Our client is seeking a part time Receptionist / Dispensing Assistant
Based in our Eastbourne Practice but may be asked to work in our Bexhill and Battle Practices in event of staff holidays and/or sickness
Transport required
9.00am to 5.30pm 3 days a week with alternate Saturdays 8.30 – 1pm
Additional time to cover staff holidays and sickness
Training provided on full pay. Optical experience useful but not essential, retail background considered
After six months Bonus Scheme and Uniform
Eye care and Contact Lenses or Spectacles provided annually
Significant savings on spectacles or contact lenses for spouse / partner and children
Client confidentiality, meet and greet, make appointments, compile diary pages and complete day book, telephone clients, make up client record cards, filing, use computer for data entry, process payments, cash up, frank mail, create window display, wear staff uniform, prepare invoices, order stationary, order contact lens solutions, assist in frame selection, measure for lenses, frame adjustments and repairs, attend training courses and staff meetings,
