My client is a modern independent Opticians based in Doncaster, and they are looking to recruit a part time Optical Assistant working three and a half days a week. The practice focuses on offering a professional and personalised service to all its patients, and has a specialist designer dispensing floor with brands such as Gucci, Dior and Marc Jacobs.
The client is looking for an experienced Optical Assistant who will assist with dispensing, frame selection, adjustments, reception duties and meeting and greeting patients. You will be the first and last person the patient see’s so you must be professional, well presented with excellent customer service skills.
Previous Optical experience is essential but candidates from both independent and multiple backgrounds will be considered, as long as you have the right positive attitude.
This is a part time role working three and a half days a week. You MUST be able to work 9am to 2pm on a Saturdays the other three days are flexible.
The salary will be between £26,000pro rata.
