Part Time Accounts Administrator

30 – 34 hours per week

Pro Rata salary of £27k to £35k depending on experience and hours worked

Based in Canvey Island, Essex.

Flexible on working days and hours – but will be based at the office.

General – Purchase Ledger, Accounts payable, General Ledger and Monthly Management account reconciliation.

Permanent Position

Accountancy experience required

Duties of a Part Time Accounts Administrator

  • Processing Invoices
  • Reconciling delivery notes
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Working with Sage Accounts
  • Preparing and submitting monthly management accounts
  • Making BACS or cheque payments
  • Overseeing all purchases and suppliers are paid on time
