Star Bright Recruitment Limited is excited to be working with a lovely family run Nursery group, who is looking for a Parent Relationship Manager to be based at their Head office in the Camden area.

You will be joining an expanding and visionary Nursery group, who are committed to delivering excellence in Early Years care and Education.

You as the Parent Relationship Manager will have a vital role within this amazing company, where you will provide a link between the exceptional service that they offer for children and parents.

You will take ownership for sales and enquiries, occupancy, enrolment and existing parent queries, marketing activities and be the primary point of contact. You will excel at interpersonal communications and always seek to pre-empt questions and proactively problem solve.

You will be responsible for leading marketing activities and spreading the word about the group of Nurseries to build an interactive, fun and supportive community within our settings, and spread word of mouth throughout the local area.

You will be primarily located in their head office in Camden but will occasionally need to visit the Nursery settings.

You will be working from 9am until 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, all year round.

The ideal Parent Relationship Manager candidate will have:

* A minimum Level 3 in Childcare and Education (or above or equivalent)

* Experience at Management level in a Nursery (Deputy or Manager), with great knowledge/experience of building occupancy in Nurseries

* Strong communication skills both written and verbal

* Computer literate

* Ability to use initiative

* Building parent partnership through marketing such as newsletters, communications, events.
