Salary: £26,000 – £29,250 per year

Job Description

We are recruiting for a number of Panel Wireman for a client based in Cannock due to winning a number of contracts. This is a contract position to start with but could lead to a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Your Responsibilities

· To ensure that the build quality is second to none

· Support other teams within the department

· Test and inspection of own work

· Harness/Cable assembly

· Liaising with the Engineering department on prototype work

· Panel wiring 12- and 24- and 230-volt units

· Assembling panels in cabinets

Essential skills

· Previous experience working from technical schematics.

· Experience with electrical and electronic test equipment.

· A sound understanding of electro-mechanical assemblies.

· Previous experience working as a harness builder/wireman.
