Salary: £33,600 – £42,000 per year
Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting an organisation in Warminster who are seeking a Panel Beater to join the team on an initial temporary basis.
The main purpose of this role is to undertake repair work on various makes of motor vehicles in a safe and economical manner in order to achieve the highest standards in workman ship. Working alongside the body shop team to ensure industry leading standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Duties:
* Carry out repairs according to best practice and procedures.
* Follow procedure / method of repairs as contained in each job.
* Safe guard customer vehicles and their contents while in the workshop.
* Ensure body alignment equipment is used accurately on all repairs.
* Ensure all vehicles comply with safety standards when returned to the customer.
* Responsibility for incoming parts.
* Checking in of parts and assign to relevant job.
Experience / Attributes:
* Senior ATA training in panel and MET.
* Undertake training of welding equipment.
* Previous experience as a panel beater.
* A positive and flexible attitude to work.
* Team player.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:30.
