Painter Decorator (CSCS Essential)

Title: Social Housing Painter decorator (Communal Areas only)

An exciting role has arisen for a Painter working for one of the UKs leading maintenance contractors. This is a fantastic varied role where you will be responsible for providing painting services and fire proofing within the communal areas such as stairways and hallways on their housing association contract.
You will be able to demonstrate and apply your knowledge in painting to a top standard and meeting targets and deadlines.

Main duties and responsibilities of the Painter

– Painting Communal areas of social housing tower blocks
– Using fire proof paint on communal areas
– Painting hallways and stairways etc.
– Able to meet targets for completion
– Able to complete work to a high standard

The suitable candidate will have:

– CSCS Card is Essential
– Time served or qualifications as a painter and decorator
– Working in a similar environment
– Must have own transport (Car or Van)
– Understanding and adhering to safety guidelines
– Training in fire proofing is desired but not essential as training will be provided

This is a Temporary position with a minimum of 2 months` work and ongoing.
