S & L Personnel are a leading Recruitment company based in the Midlands.
We are currently recruiting for Picking and Packing operatives for our prestigious client who is based in Markham Vale, Derbyshire (J19, M1). Our client has two sites in the area due to company growth in the last few years.
The position will involve working on assembly lines, packing stock, working on heat tunnels, and bundlers working on a rotating shift pattern as well as assisting with general warehouse duties on a daily basis.
Key Duties of the Role:
Working on a fast paced production line.
Assemble/ pack products to a high standard
Follow, and work to health and safety guidelines at all times
Work as part of a team to achieve hourly targets
Stack items on to pallets
Ensure clean room standards are kept to a high level at all times
Experience & Qualities required:
Reliability, honesty and excellent timekeeping is essential for this role
Great attention to detail and concentration
Willingness to learn new skills as opportunities will be available to progress to a team leader role for ideal candidates
Confident and motivated individuals to work together as a team.
Experience of working in a warehouse environment would be beneficial but not essential as training will be given

Our client is looking for hard working, confident, outgoing people to work in a clean room environment and be part of an exciting team going forward.
Shift Pattern:
All candidates will need to work a rotating shift pattern from Monday – Friday, earlies & lates.
Week 1 – 06:00am – 14:00pm
Week 2 – 14:00pm – 22:00pm
Salary: s:
£26,000 per year (AM & PM Shift)
This is a full time, working on a temp to perm basis in an exciting ongoing warehouse role.
