Job Description
North West London Procurement Services are looking for a highly organised Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director and Divisional Directors. This includes managing diaries, coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, and ensuring seamless onboarding for new staff.
Your responsibilities will encompass various key areas, including personal assistant duties, communication, administration, data management, training, and governance. As a crucial member of the team, you’ll handle diary management, travel arrangements, and document preparation. Additionally, you’ll excel in communication, maintaining confidentiality, and contributing to efficient administrative processes. Your role extends to supporting recruitment, onboarding new staff, and ensuring compliance with governance and safety protocols.
To thrive in this role, you should possess at least three years of relevant experience, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Your friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality are essential. This role is initially being offered on a 12 month FTC which will be revised with potential to be extended into a permanent role.
The salary range is £32,000 – £35,000 with the option to work remotely (may require 1-2 days per month in London).
