Operator – Process

As an Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating a variety of machinery and equipment, ensuring processes and systems are used correctly to maximise output and minimise losses.

As an operator you will be fully competent in a wide range of machine operating equipment and cleaning procedures. You will complete relevant company documentation in a timely, conscientious and accurate manner – some of which may be both computer and paper based. you will also understand the equipment, processes and Key Performance Indicators within the particular zone of working in order to:- i) Improve and develop your technical competencies, ii) Assist people who come into contact with the zone, iii) Carry out associated business processes

With GCSE or equivalent Maths and English at grade A-C, you have a proven track record in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment, where you’ve made a key contribution to continuous improvement, safety, quality and customer service. In addition to a real focus on outstanding service and a proactive and flexible approach to your work, you’ll also offer:

* Experience working in a process environment
* Great all-round communication skills
* Confidence with technology and strong IT skills
* Ideally, some basic mechanical skills.
